Blue Sky Employment Consulting is a provider company that works with individuals with disabilities to assist them with locating employment and then helping them to be successful in employment. We are seeking to hire Job Coaches to provide assessments for individuals with disabilities while in real work employment opportunities as well as to help with support while they are starting a new job. To be qualified for this position you must be a high school/ or equivalent graduate, have basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check. You will find this position to be very rewarding as you will be assisting people with varying abilities take the first steps to becoming contributing members of the community. Each job assignment will consist of 6 - 10, four-hour days per client.  You will work from 2 - 4 days per week, per client. You will also have the option to work with more than one client per week (depending on how busy you want to be). Each job assignment will assess the individual and give support to individuals while working with an established employer. These job sites could be in Columbiana, Mahoning or Trumbull County. You will also receive gas cards to help with travel expenses.
