This is a full-time remote role for a Live Chat Agent. The Live Chat Agent will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and requests via live chat, providing excellent customer service, and escalating issues when necessary. The Live Chat Agent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, as well as continuously improving and updating customer service procedures and standards.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or similar environment
Problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
Good typing and computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience with CRM software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
