The Construction Site Manager oversees all aspects of the onsite house construction or renovation for Habitat for Humanity Mississippi Capital Area (HFHMCA), including supervising and instructing volunteers in construction tasks and maintaining a safe and productive environment. The Construction Site Manager is also responsible for working with subcontractors, efficiently using materials, maintaining the construction schedule, and providing quality control throughout the build process. 

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should have 5-6 years of experience in residential construction with a skill in one of the desirable trades. They must be able to work with large groups of volunteers by instructing, supervising, and directing multiple construction tasks through all phases of house construction. The Construction Site Manager should also have good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

 The work week is primarily Tuesday – Saturday. Weekday tasks may involve all phases of residential construction and preparing sites for the Saturday activities with volunteers.
