Swift Glass Company has an immediate opening for a customer service representative.  This full-time position requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills.  The successful candidate will develop relationships with a subset of current customers using both phone and internet, ensuring Swift Glass's customer requirements are being met by coordinating with estimating, production and order scheduling.  We are looking for a reliable individual with an eagerness to learn.  Computer knowledge and strong math skills are beneficial.  Swift Glass works as a team.  The position will include both independent and collaborative effort.  An associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a manufacturing industry preferred but not required.
