JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides leadership and supervision for all operational aspects of the library’s service desk, course reserves, electronic reserves, interlibrary loan, purchase-on-demand, video-on-demand and document delivery services. Responsible for setting the standard for service desk services in the Baker Commons Library. Plans, coordinates, develops, interprets, and implements policies and procedures for all information delivery services. Coordinates the monitoring of all chat, text, phone, email, and in-person communications that take place at the Service Desk and routes questions to appropriate staff members. Coordinates the delivery of information resources to all distance populations including Concurrent Enrollment, extension center, global, and community members. Participates in the cataloging and processing of physical and electronically received materials. Maintains close communication with faculty to promote library services and identify information resource needs. Compiles statistics and generates reports on the use of the physical collection, interlibrary loan and document delivery services. Utilizes and troubleshoots the variety of software used in the department.

This position is within the Faculty Association Union. Candidates must currently reside or be willing to relocate to New York State at time of employment. Additionally, maintaining New York State residency will be required for the duration of employment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree and four years of related experience or a master’s degree in a related field.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in Library Science (MLS/MLIS) and related work experience. (MLS/MLIS applicants may also be expected to participate in other Library tasks, like reference, instruction, and liaison duties.) Experience in a Community College Library. Experience with library management software programs. Supervisory experience.

EXPECTED HIRING SALARY RANGE:  $61,480-$92,221  Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Director of Facilities (DOF) reports to the Vice President of Finance and Administration (VPFA) and is responsible for providing general administration, supervision, and professional direction for College and Affiliated Enterprise facilities and property management functions, including capital planning, space administration, utilities management, facilities maintenance, sustainability, new capital construction and renovations, landscape, and other physical plant maintenance services. The DOF assists the VP in the formulation of campus policies and confidential contract discussions related to property management and capital projects.

This position is within the Professional Administrators Union. Candidates must currently reside or be willing to relocate to New York State at time of employment. Additionally, maintaining New York State residency will be required for the duration of employment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, Construction Management, or related field. Eight (8) to ten (10) years of progressively responsible work experience in facility/physical plant management, of which at least three (3) years within a supervisory capacity. Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management. Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management. Knowledge of State, federal, and environmental regulations. Ability to independently coordinate efforts involving several departments. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong planning and organizational skills. Demonstrated problem-solving ability, using good judgment, critical decision-making, and strong negotiation skills. Extensive experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and procurement bidding processes, preferably in a public organization. Proven expertise in project management and process re-engineering. Significant experience managing projects, including large projects of up to two years duration.

EXPECTED HIRING SALARY RANGE:  $81,023-$121,534  Salary subject to change pending outcome of Professional Administrators Association negotiations. Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible to the Vice President of Student Affairs & Senior Diversity Officer for the development, implementation and management of the campus safety and law enforcement programs of the College; including the protection of persons and property on campus, safety and security planning for the campus and College satellite locations, compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, supervision of department peace officers and civilian staff, and acting as the primary liaison with local law enforcement agencies, courts and the County District Attorney’s Office.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years of experience in the field of law enforcement, at least three years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity. Must be certified and maintain certification as a campus peace officer or police officer in New York State; New York State DCJS Supervisory certification and possess a valid New York State driver’s license. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: College law enforcement and college supervisory experience.

Manages and facilitates the work of the TC3 Foundation Board operations and development in accordance with Board bylaws, applicable laws and regulations, and best practices. Manages and executes development operations including cultivating and soliciting individual donors, prospect research, researching and writing proposals and foundation grants, developing and managing campaigns, alumni outreach, and special events. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Vice President of Enrollment Management is the College’s chief enrollment professional who provides leadership, strategic thinking, and in –depth analysis for the College’s enrollment planning and management.  This person is expected to help reimagine and lead traditional enrollment functions in a modern 21st century context. This work will be driven by the development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive and vigorous strategic enrollment management plan.  Leads and manages Admissions, Recruitment, Strategic Marketing, Media and Public Relations, Workforce Development and College Now program.  In addition, this position collaborates closely with the Provost’s Office on the Global Initiatives program to ensure that recruitment strategies maximize student outcomes and advance the goals of the College.

This is a Management Confidential position and reports to the President. Candidates must currently reside or be willing to relocate to New York State at time of employment. Additionally, maintaining New York State residency will be required for the duration of employment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor’s degree with at least ten years of progressive responsibility in enrollment and management functions within an educational system. Knowledge of FERPA, TITLE IX and other regulatory guidelines applicable to this area of work.  Experience working closely with Institutional Research and related data assessment and trend analysis. Demonstrated ability to be a collaborative leader.  Ability to perform with a high degree of diplomacy, confidentiality and professionalism. Demonstrated success in supervising multiple components within a complex institution.  A forward-thinking leader with a record of successful recruitment strategies, professional diligence, and creative problem solving.  Ability to work successfully with diverse populations.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree with at least seven years of progressive responsibility in enrollment and management functions within higher education, preferably in a community college setting.

EXPECTED HIRING SALARY RANGE:  $115,000 - $140,000  Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
