JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for assisting in the implementation of the College’s comprehensive strategic enrollment management and recruitment plans. Conducts school visits and works with school counselors to identify, promote, recruit, and enroll students to the College. Provides information to applicants and others on the College’s admissions criteria, academic programs, career and transfer opportunities, and student services. Works with students, parents and guardians, faculty, staff, community groups, and special populations regarding admissions. Requires extensive recruitment travel.
This position is within the Professional Administrators Union. Candidates must currently reside or be willing to relocate to New York State at time of employment. Additionally, maintaining New York State residency will be required for the duration of employment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree with one (1) year of work experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required, and maintenance of driving record is required per college driver requirements. Must demonstrate the ability to meet the travel requirements of the position, which requires frequent and overnight travel to off-site locations. Efficient oral and written communication skills. Strong organization skills, independent judgment, professional maturity, and attention to detail. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate as part of a team with individuals, departments, and organizations.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in higher education, college admissions, or a sales and/or recruitment-related position. Experience working with Technolutions Slate or other CRM tools. Demonstrated ability to work on simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
EXPECTED HIRING SALARY RANGE: $58,458-$65,866 Salary subject to change pending outcome of Professional Administrators Union negotiations. Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. JOB DESCRIPTION: Tompkins Cortland Community College seeks a dynamic and engaging full-time tenure track faculty member with a focus on student success and retention. Position includes 15 credits per semester in Accounting courses in our Accounting AAS and Accounting AS programs. This may involve teaching students in first and second-level accounting courses including Financial, Intermediate, Cost, Managerial, and Income Taxation. Teaching may involve face-to-face, remote, day, evening, online, hybrid and HyFlex courses. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues to maintain, develop, and update course curricula and work on and possibly lead initiatives for future development. Other activities will include student advising, serving on college committees, holding office hours, and outcomes assessment. This position is within the Faculty Association Union. Candidates must currently reside or be willing to relocate to New York State at time of employment. Additionally, maintaining New York State residency will be required for the duration of employment.

St. Lawrence University invites applications for Assistant Director of the Newell Center for Arts Technology (NCAT), a full-time, eleven-month staff position that bridges the areas of technical, logistical, and instructional support. The Assistant Director reports to the NCAT Director and the Executive Director of Campus Services in the IT division.
The NCAT is a suite of shared spaces supporting St. Lawrence’s programs in Art & Art History, Music, Digital Media & Film, Performance & Communication Arts, The Richard F. Brush Art Gallery, and the First Year Program. The Assistant Director is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including the management of 50 Mac workstations, a small team of student employees, and a pool of loaner equipment. The Assistant Director works closely with the Director to support the arts departments and programs in effectively bringing NCAT resources to bear in teaching and learning. They maintain close ties and constant communication between the NCAT and IT, participating in IT planning, training, and operations. Responsibilities include maintenance and troubleshooting; training faculty and students; conducting research related to the ongoing development, implementation, and maintenance of the NCAT facility; and other related duties as assigned. New developments in the academic programs make this an exciting time to reimagine the NCAT’s role going forward.
The successful candidate will be a well-organized, energetic team player who can work well under pressure. Background in the arts, system administration, and educational technology are all valuable in this position, and candidates with strength in more than one of these areas are especially encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time, 11-month, Seasonal position with a robust benefits package including health insurance and educational benefits for individuals and qualified dependents.
The salary range is $55,375 - $58,000 annually. The actual rate will be determined based on experience and qualifications and other factors permitted by law.

Plan, prepare, and execute AV support for campus events.
- Manage the AV execution and support for commencement, orientation, alumni weekend, and other major campus events.
- Provide AV support and guidance for various minor events, including weekend and evening events.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in audio-video technology operation and support.
- Experience providing technical support across various technologies, including Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, and printers.
- Experience with audio-visual control systems such as Crestron, Extron, or AMX, including installation, configuration, and programming (Extron experience is strongly preferred).
- Experience supporting AV for high-profile events that require high attention to detail and diligent planning and preparation.
- High attention to detail with the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
- Ability to operate a university vehicle.
- Ability to lift and carry necessary equipment and utilize ladders to perform tasks.
- Ability to install cable in various conduits, tight spaces, crawl spaces, etc.

- Experience with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for hybrid events.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Director of Educational Opportunity Programs and Assistant Diversity Officer DEOP/ADO) will work closely with and report to the AVP of Student Services and Senior Diversity Officer (AVPSSSDO) to implement best practices related to equity, diversity, justice, and inclusion (EDJI) Plan. The DEOP/ADO will provide leadership and advocacy for the overall administration of EOP, including supervision, planning, data management, reporting, program development and implementation, budget management, and program assessment. The DEOP/ADO is also accountable for EOP program student recruitment, enrollment, and retention initiatives to ensure operational effectiveness through a coordinated, collaborative and integrated approach. Additionally, the DEOP/ADO will represent the College to groups and organizations in the larger community regarding the interests related to program success. Responsibilities also include assisting EOP students in their transition and development as students at the College and directing them to additional resources.
