What you’ll do: 

As our Morning Show Reporter, we will count on you to: 

• Plan and execute live and pre-recorded content for our morning news show 

• Work with a photographer in the field to more safely execute live coverage 

• Use creativity and strategy to extend your coverage beyond television and onto digital platforms 

• Use social media to gather and share information 

• Assist online staff in preparing for multi-media stories 

 What you’ll bring: 

The Morning show Reporter will have a 4-year degree in journalism or related field and preferably 2+ years of experience as a Multi-Media Journalist.  You bring your creativity, positive attitude and working knowledge of journalism ethics – and we’ll help you grow and learn.

What you’ll bring:

We're looking for a full-time creative and engaged individual with a passion for broadcasting to be a part of our News Production/Master Control team. You'll train and work closely with our experienced staff and have a unique opportunity to do it all…production, master control, newscast directing, and graphics (which is why working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is important).   If you have experience in television production, that’s a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has savvy computer skills, effective communication skills and can be calm and diplomatic under stressful situations with shifting priorities.
