Montana-based Non-Profit Association Management Company is seeking a seasoned meeting and event management specialist to join our busy team.  We serve worldwide organizations planning their adult educational events, annual meetings, and training across the nation and occasionally abroad.  Our Meeting Planning team partner manages faculty/speakers, plans logistics, tracks all expenses, interacts with the hotels and event venues, plans audiovisual, and executes contracts among the many deadline-driven tasks assigned to our team.  The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience leading logistics in a similar hospitality or project management environment.   Necessary skills also include financial reporting to executive team/s, the ability to use a variety of Microsoft Office suite applications, and excellent oral and written communications.
