Collect and analyze HR information to help streamline processes and make data-driven decisions; based on metrics and analysis, make recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance; prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership; facilitate implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives; compile past data from employment records and exit interviews; draft surveys or other data-gathering measures; collaborate in the development of policies and training programs to target data conclusions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or foreign equivalent degree

6 months of experience as Human Resource Analyst
