Hours: 8 AM M- F

Pay range beginning at $28 / hour. Pay will be based upon experience and training.

Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to perform routine fleet maintenance. The Fleet/Warehouse Utility position is also responsible for routine building maintenance, general cleaning, and groundskeeping and will perform various warehouse duties.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine fleet maintenance (i.e., replace bulbs, fuses, wiper blades, hoses, etc.)
• Deliver and pick up fleet vehicles from service centers.
• Perform routine building maintenance (replace light bulbs, paint, etc.)
• Perform general cleaning duties (floor scrubbing, mopping, dusting, etc.)
• Perform groundskeeping duties (lawn mowing, snow removal, etc.
• Replenish product on pallets and rollers in pick locations which include forking down product.
• Receive, unload, consolidate and re-stock returned product and shells.
• Receive and distribute incoming FedEx and UPS shipments.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid Class A commercial driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A driving record that meets LinPepCo's Policy on Driver Records
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of building maintenance and safe work practices
• Skills in organizing and prioritizing work and tasks
• Ability to provide attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Personal protective equipment
• Proper lifting techniques
• Ability to work with others

Work Environment and Equipment

Work generally takes place in a variety of environments, including warehouse, office, and outdoor settings. Individuals must be able to use general office equipment as well as other equipment as needed.
