Ark-La-Tex Fertility and Reproductive Medicine, a Tri-State leader in Proactive and Innovative Fertility Care, is looking to fill a clinical medical assistant position with our facility. The position is M-F, with rotating weekends and holidays, work hours vary. Eligible for two weeks paid vacation after first year of service, continuing education provided. Interested applicants should possess the following attributes:

Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Must be a team player and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility with a schedule a plus
Be willing to learn and receptive to directives.
Must pass background check and drug test.
Must be able to work independently, have good time management skills.

Job duties/skills required:

Working knowledge/proficient with Microsoft Office or Libre
Insurance verification, eligibility, and pre-certification requirements
Providing financial counseling, account receivable experience is a plus!
Front office clerical skills such as filing, answering phone, data-entry, check in/out, etc.…
