Seeking an experienced property manager to lead and work in our real estate company managing long term and vacation rentals. A real estate license is necessary but can be acquired if not already in place. CAM experience also helpful. Responsibilities will include managing all operational aspects such as leasing, resident services, inspections, vendor supervison and maintenance, payment collections and customer service, supervision of team, large amount of telephone and customer service work. Must be computer proficient and have references. Background check will be required.
