This is a full-time position with a well-branded jewelry insurer specializing in personal jewelry coverage. You will be working with a small group of associates in JIBNA's office, which is centrally located in Louisville. Free parking is available to all employees. No selling is required in this position.
We are looking for an energetic, outgoing and dependable individual to:
- Answer telephone calls and handle phone inquiries, including taking payment information from customers and agents.
- Sort and distribute incoming email and provide status updates as needed.
- Perform office tasks in support of all departments.
- Work independently in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality of information.
Skills required:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Clear communications skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Efficient time management and organization skills
- Professional appearance
- Ability to prioritize tasks and take direction with minimal supervision
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years related experience
- Property & Casualty license a plus, but not required
- Insurance Customer Service experience preferred, but not required
- Verifiable work references required

This position includes marketing our inks and a complete line of screen print products to new and existing customers by phone. Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work independently to help meet or exceed personal as well as group sales goals. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, maintaining a professional attitude with customers at all times. Demonstrate the ability to multitask by processing customer orders by phone, fax, and email while handling incoming calls. Must have the ability to interpret and communicate detailed product knowledge to customers over the phone. Product training will be provided. Basic computer skills are a must and training will be provided on necessary programs for day to day operations. Candidate will participate in all group meetings, training sessions, skill building and professional development sessions that are called by members of management.
Job is full time after 90 days with hours being Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. We also offer an excellent benefits package that includes:
