Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and maintain accurate documentation.
• Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and their families.

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in the state of New York.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities, particularly with geriatric patients, is highly preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to assess patient needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Current CPR certification and knowledge of medical compliance requirements.

• 8 hour (3pm-11pm) or 12 hour weekend shifts.
