The Foundation Group has an immediate opening for an experienced full-time central accountant. We are a local healthcare organization centralized in Sikeston MO. We specialize in long-term care, rehabilitation, hospice and pharmaceutical needs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the general ledger accounting function
- Internal financial statement preparation
- Verifying the accuracy of financial data
- Meeting financial information deadlines

Job Summary: The Multi-Department Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing Administrative support for the Children’s Ministry, Student Ministry, Ignite and Benton Campus teams.
Duties & Responsibilities, not limited to: • Anticipate administrative needs of the teams • Run background checks for La Croix volunteers and be the Local Church Associate (LCA) for Safe Gatherings as needed • Coordinate details and registrations of teams’ events and trips • Maintain reporting of new people and families • Assist teams with communication and mailings • Manage credit cards; keep track of expense sheets, reconcile statements and turn in to Accounting and Finance Manager monthly • Enter all team meetings and events in ServiceU and request appropriate communication, tech support and room setup • Order supplies for teams as needed • Reserve vehicles when needed for trips and events • Coordinate volunteers (from La Croix) for meals for some of our events • Send out thank you cards for Ignite • Manage responses to general inquires of Ignite from La Croix attendees (new people that are interested) • Be the connection in terms of communication and reservations requests for building use or anything to do with broader La Croix interaction • Once a month, assess our connections spread sheet and summarize the responses • Place orders from Sams or different online vendors • Help research or organize some events we host on campus when needed • Participate as a contributing member of the Admin team • Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed

What You Will Do
The ideal candidate for this position will need to be able to be cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks that may include:

- Operating equipment such as dryers and ironers
- Bundling clean garments to be re-distributed to our customers

- Grasp textiles from a cart/bin then sort, inspect and grade according to quality standards.
- Fold, assemble and package by hand different types and sizes of textiles
- Feed different types and sizes of textiles into ironers or folding machines
- Place finished product onto conveyors or into carts, dump slings of product onto work tables
- Move loaded or empty carts/bins within the production area
- Process textiles according to type and written packing instructions
- Continuously meet efficiency and safety standards for the position.
- Follow instructions as directed by supervision
- Keep work area neat and clean
Qualifications:
- Recognize colors and sizes, count and sort accurately
- Recognize, inspect and grade product
- Comprehend and follow written packing instructions

Typical Physical Activity:
- Physical demands consist of standing, walking, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, grasping, lifting up to 25 pounds and stooping.
