Local Company needs an Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant

Established local company in Fayetteville is looking for an Administrative Assistant.  Qualified candidate would be working directly with CEO and Office Manager. Qualified candidate would be working daily with customers, suppliers and company employees.

 

 

Qualified candidate duties would include:

            Assist CEO & Office Manager with administrative tasks:

                        Quotes/Proposals/Scheduling/Business Communications

            Maintain resource data

            Some Accounting Tasks

            Additional items as necessary.

 

Skills Required:

            Ability to work as part of a team

            Proactive in assisting CEO & Office Manager

            Excellent Communication skills are simply non-negotiable

Computer Skills – including Microsoft Office Suite

Willingness to learn new skills

Confidence in your own abilities

 

Industry related training will be provided on the job.

 

Company offers weekly pay, holiday pay (after 90 days), vacation (after 1 year), health insurance and Simple IRA retirement plan
