Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Mailroom Clerk. Primary Function: sort and deliver external and internal mail throughout the organization. Ensure all copier and fax machines are operating properly and prepare all outgoing daily courier deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail throughout the Credit Union, including interoffice correspondence and incoming shipments of supplies and materials
- Ensure all outgoing mail/shipments are completed properly and sent on time. Utilize mail system for shipping and tracking, and coordinate services with vendors, including, but not limited to, Fed Ex, UPS, and US Post Office.
- Maintain toner, paper and other printer components. Troubleshoot and fix copier and fax jams and /or toner replacements. Report problems to supervisor, or assistant, and appropriate vendor when necessary.
- Answer General Services’ department phone and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
- Process routine as well as unplanned department mailings. Prioritize work as needed and maintain appropriate stock of supplies.
- Collect and return all confidential recycling as scheduled. Maintain security of content until pick-up.
- Provide coverage/support to Corporate Office Service Representative. Follow safety procedures when providing visitor access to HVCU. Utilize temporary badge system to process visitors.
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Embrace and apply HVCU’s guiding principles to all activities and responsibilities. This includes the Credit Union’s Mission, Vision, Core Values, Employee and Member Value Propositions, Sales and Service Model, and commitment to Lean Six Sigma practices. - Drive digital strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital channel experience.
- Craft a vision for the product lines and convert it to a concrete strategy (short- and long-term).
- Participate in market research, validation, and white space analysis to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, IT, Operations) to build and manage roadmaps all digital channels.
- Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.
- Partner with the executive team to identify key capabilities needed as well as potential issues.
- Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
- Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement
- Drive digital strategy and tactics for acquiring new members, meeting online sales goals, increasing brand awareness and consistency in existing and new markets.
- Lead overall execution of lead generation programs using paid search, content marketing, digital display, remarketing, social advertising, mobile, video, email, and webinars.
- Drive member engagement, satisfaction, and growth by delivering exceptional digital experiences and leveraging emerging technologies.
- In the digital sector, develop and implement testing strategies to improve KPIs including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, and retargeting strategy to maximize acquisition and conversion performance.
- Work with agency partner(s) and Business Intelligence team to measure and optimize paid marketing using but not limited to dashboards, Google Analytics and marketing analytics reports.
- Measure and report on performance of all member digital experiences and asses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Make actionable recommendations for improving performance and meeting HVCU strategic goals.
- Remain abreast of external and internal product and service trends impacts, compliance and other regulatory requirements (i.e. ADA, GDRP) in the financial services industry including consumer behavior, economic conditions, technological and digital advances, and other factors. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Primary Functions: Responsible for implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure, cloud integrations data transfers deployment of cloud-native applications, and implementing cloud security measures. Ensure appropriate policies, procedures and guidance is followed and acts as a subject matter expert to peer infrastructure and application support personnel.

- Conduct investigations and tests of considerable complexity.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, build DevOps infrastructure and application CICD pipelines from scratch
- Develop detailed advanced technical documentation that support tasks such as system setup, configuration guidelines, and operational support
- Ensure adherence to security standards and policies in collaboration with Information Security
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. - Minimum 8 year's experience as a cloud engineer, automation engineer or similar software engineering role using automation and orchestration technologies (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, Ansible, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.), required
Minimum 5 years' experience Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI), required
Minimum 5 years' Leadership experience in an IT environment, including managing relationships with internal partners and external vendors, required
Minimum 5 years' experience with public cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Digital Ocean, etc, required
Minimum 2 years' experience Managing designing, building, deploying, and running web applications and application programming interfaces in an enterprise environment, preferred
