Primary function: Provide support to Commercial Lending Operations, including preparation of department reports and maintenance of department databases and portfolio management systems; as well as the third party due diligence process. Assist with processing commercial credit requests. Provide support to internal and external member requests. Provide service support to internal and external member requests. Provide assistance for commercial loan processing and quality control functions, as needed.

• Reconcile GL accounts and process invoices and checks received for various commercial lending functions.  Ensure vendor management system is updated and maintained by collecting required due diligence information from vendors and submitting to the appropriate area/system.

Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Manager Facilities Maintenance. Primary Function: Manage properties, physical security and daily operations, including after-hour (24 hours per day/7 days per week) calls of the General Services Department. Oversee General Services operating budget, assist with major building projects and Disaster Recovery Plan.

• Responsible for the daily operations of the General Services Department, including after-hour calls (24/7) as they arise. Respond and direct necessary support and resources to an emergency, including but not limited to, fire, first aid, building systems failure, breakdown, power outages, etc. Respond rapidly to any operational issues uncovered during property inspections.
  
• Maintain all buildings and grounds owned by HVCU, directing staff and vendors and overseeing upkeep of HVAC systems, equipment and supplies. Ensure physical safety and security of all facilities, as well as adherence to all Federal and State Laws (i.e. OSHA, ATM Safety, ADA, etc.).
  
• Interview, hire, manage and develop department staff. Set staff goals and monitor performance to goals. Conduct vendor analysis to measure competitiveness and recommend changes or modifications, as necessary, for management review. • Responsible for the daily operations of the General Services Department, including after-hour calls (24/7) as they arise. Respond and direct necessary support and resources to an emergency, including but not limited to, fire, first aid, building systems failure, breakdown, power outages, etc. Respond rapidly to any operational issues uncovered during property inspections.
  
• Maintain all buildings and grounds owned by HVCU, directing staff and vendors and overseeing upkeep of HVAC systems, equipment and supplies. Ensure physical safety and security of all facilities, as well as adherence to all Federal and State Laws (i.e. OSHA, ATM Safety, ADA, etc.).
  
• Interview, hire, manage and develop department staff. Set staff goals and monitor performance to goals. Conduct regular department and one-on-one meetings to communicate organizational and/or departmental changes, updates and process improvements as well as to collaborate with employees on their on-going development plans.
  
• Assist the AVP, General Services and Physical Sec Officer with complex projects involving new construction, building renovations and relocations. Ensure adherence to budget and schedule. Attend municipal planning board meetings, as needed.
  
• Manage vendor relationships. Ensure deadlines are met and quality of service is maintained. Conduct vendor analysis to measure competitiveness and recommend changes or modifications, as necessary, for management review. Negotiate vendor contracts and present recommendations for Management approval.
  
• Organize and conduct fire and emergency drills at all Credit Union facilities. Provide remedial correction when required.
  
• Ensure appropriate departmental policies and procedures are developed, maintained and followed.
  
• Manage tenant relationships and property maintenance for tenant occupied buildings, and foreclosure properties.
  
• Provide recommendations for departmental expenditures and participate in the annual budget process.
  
• Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Universal Branch Associate Float Region 3. Primary Function: Provide highest level member service through efficient, accurate transaction processing and applying a consultative needs-based sales approach, focused on establishing new member relationships, and deepening and retaining existing relationships, to cross sell HVCU products and services. Responsible to travel to various locations within a specific cluster of branches as needed based on staffing needs. Cluster locations: Kingston, Rhinebeck and Highland 

• Accurately process transactions. Educate members about the most convenient way to complete transaction processing in the branch and through other channels such as Internet Banking, the mobile app, audio response, the Contact Center, etc. Resolve member complaints and concerns quickly and efficiently and involve other functional areas as needed. Assist with member inbound calling as needed to support the Contact Center. Use needs based sales approach, ask questions to uncover ways to meet members’ financial needs with additional HVCU products and services.
• Responsible for handling large volumes of cash and negotiable items. Assists management with daily operational tasks including operator, ATM, TellerInfinity and branch proof.

• Meet or exceed established individual and team goals through the consistent application of the HVCU Sales and Service model in all member interactions.  Support the successful implementation of marketing programs and promotions by creating member awareness.
• Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Primary Function: Perform in-depth commercial credit analyses, generally on the more complex or time sensitive files, on a timely basis that are consistent with HVCU format, policy and procedures, including making recommendations on approval and determining appropriate risk ratings for all types of commercial products, with little guidance from the Commercial Lending leadership team.

• Perform in-depth commercial credit analyses, generally on the more complex and time sensitive files that are consistent with HVCU format, policy and procedures, comprehensive and contain thorough and relevant analysis, and are free of typographical, grammatical and mathematical errors that require limited or no editing by the Manager, Commercial Credit/AVP, Commercial Lending.  To include identifying recurring and non-recurring sources of cash flow, the Borrower’s ability to cover debt service, and the ability of the guarantor to support the Borrower.
• Assign the appropriate risk rating based on identified financial trends, risks, mitigants and policy exceptions.  Recommendations are to be supported by financial spreads, investigative data (credit reports; lien & litigation searches, etc.) and where applicable global cash flows, covenant compliance assessments or other such analytical measures.
• Assist with loan structure and mentoring of other credit staff, on an as needed basis.
• Complete commercial credit analyses within specified deadlines.

• Respond to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from other HVCU personnel, members, etc. within given timeframes and within established policy.
