DUTIES
- Manage the estimating process for HVAC Duct Fab projects from start to finish
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope of work and create accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates
- Prepare and submit bid proposals to clients
 

REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, materials, and methods
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

This position requires a highly organized individual with strong project management skills. The Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the estimating process for construction projects, ensuring accurate cost estimates, and managing project budgets. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of construction practices, materials, and methods, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
