Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to merchandise product within all format accounts. This includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating products in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor.

Essential Job Functions

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location
• Maintain backroom/back stock areas in an orderly fashion.
• Keep merchandise displayed in a manner calculated to increase sales.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Communicate with the Customer upon arrival and departure from the store.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Sufficient formal or informal education to ensure the ability to read and write at a level required for successful job performance.
• *A valid driver's license and required level of insurance coverage
• *Reliable transportation to and from accounts
• *A valid pallet jack and/or forklift certification where necessary
• Knowledge of general merchandising
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
• Basic knowledge of computers and tablets

• Ability to perform miscellaneous job functions in a scheduled timeframe

Work Environment and Equipment

Work generally takes place in store setting. Individuals must be able to operate a tablet or PC, as well as a two-wheel dolly and pallet jack.

Job Summary

The purpose of this leadership role is to function as a part of the management team to ensure product order fulfillment, including managing the order picking process. The Mid-Shift Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Warehouse Manager as needed with various other responsibilities to support the warehouse operations, including promoting a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with governmental regulatory agencies and company policies and procedures. This role will also provide coaching and training in order to achieve key performance objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee picking and loading activities to ensure accurate, safe, and efficient delivery of product to customer account and assist as needed
• Provide coaching, training and motivation to new and existing warehouse associates
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with monthly physical counts and reconcile any variances
• Communicate, implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Communicate and resolve inventory and service issues
• Count and verify incoming product from daily routes as needed
• Perform end of day procedures including preparing handhelds for next day deliveries
• Responsible for picking, operating forklift, and moving trucks as needed
• Load transports for delivery to customer accounts
• Receive, unload, consolidate and re-stock product and shells
• Coordinate intercompany transfers of product
• Restock and repack damaged and out-of-date products
• Receive and distribute incoming FedEx and UPS shipments
• Collect mileage and hour meter readings from all vehicles and equipment
• Secure building and all trucks at end of day
• Coordinate warehouse daily cleaning activities
• Perform other duties as necessary

Service / Installation Technician Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to install, remove and relocate all Pepsi vending, Pepsi fountain, Township 9 coffee, ice and refrigeration equipment to maximize customer satisfaction. This role will also maintain and repair all vending, fountain, coffee, ice and refrigeration equipment to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. Perform preventative and quality maintenance checks in addition to maintaining various records and reports.

Service / Installation Technician Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, remove and relocate Pepsi vending, fountain and all other Pepsi dispensing equipment
• Reman and/or prepare Pepsi equipment for installation
• Account for product and cash from vending machines
• The Pepsi Service / Installation Technician maintains daily records including time, mileage, parts usage, parts inventory via handheld
• Perform daily handheld close out procedures
• Ensure vehicle has appropriate levels of parts inventory and restock as needed
• The Pepsi Service / Installation Technician completes service calls as needed
• Transport product and equipment to and from special events
• Perform daily vehicle inspections
• The Pepsi Service / Installation Technician must be available to work weekends when assigned and be on-call when assigned
• Perform other duties as necessary

Service / Installation Technician Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license, and safe driving record
• Mechanical and refrigeration trade school training preferred
• Diagnostic/troubleshooting experience preferred
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to & experience in moving large pieces of equipment with mechanical aides
