Caretaker- Free living at Currierslakeview Lodge- Onsite Caretaker Position at Curriers Lakeview Lodge. An incredible opportunity for someone in Rice Lake desiring a furnished studio apartment on the lake with Wifi and utilities included. In return for the apartment you would be responsible for:

Answering phones and being available onsite overnight for our guests. YOU DO NOT NEED TO STAY AWAKE.

10 hours of work a week with various tasks including:

Snow removal on sidewalks and decks.

Mowing the lawn.

Once the 10 hours/week are met - opportunity for additional income through providing various maintenance projects is a possibility.

Hours would be 10pm-6:30am May-Oct, 8pm-7am Nov-May with a few nights away each month if needed. A security deposit of $400 is required and returned upon departure providing the apartment is left in good condition.
