POSITION SUMMARY
The Team Leader of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) will advance the Agency's Mission and Strategic Plan by expanded services to adults who have a severe and persistent mental illness that seriously impairs their functioning in the community. This position will be responsible for the overall management of the program, to include but not limited to: staff matters, client referral, client treatment, financial viability, reporting to grant funders, marketing of program, program manual, program systems, etc. This position will be responsible for promoting the agency's commitment to excellence in the provision of mental heath services that are strength based, recovery model, shared decision making process, along with culturally competent and sensitive. ACT is a program that provides services through less traditional service delivery methods. This is very much a "meet the client in their community" approach.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provides overall supervision to the team and is responsible for allocation of staff time
- Ensures all team members are kept informed of issues involving participants and their families
- Monitors caseload size and coordinates program intakes and discharges
- Facilitates, organizes, and documents daily team meetings
- Provides training and supervision for the Staff
- Makes rotating call schedule for after hours / weekend coverage by team members
- Provides after hour / weekend telephonic backup for on call staff
- Educates the community about Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) at Parsons; philosophy, program outcomes, theoretical background etc.
- Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with other agencies, schools, colleges, institutions, hospitals, primary care providers, housing authorities, and law enforcement agencies to assist in meeting the needs of this population so they can achieve and maintain their independence
- Ensures staff are adhering to the fidelity of the program
- Participates in all required trainings as directed by funding source and ensures that staff are also in compliance with all funding source training
- Serves as the primary clinician for a subset of program participants. In this role of Primary Clinician, the Team Leader will: o Serve as the point person for the participant and their family
- Conduct needs assessments
- Engage in safety planning and wellness management planning with participants o Connect participants and families with the services and supports they need o Provide psychoeducation regarding mental health diagnosis and treatment o Develop and modify treatment using a shared decision making process with clients
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Masters degree
- 5-7 years of progressively responsible related experience

School Based Clinician

Position Summary
Provide daily therapeutic care and programming according to Agency and other governing bodies (LDSS, OCFS, CSE, etc.) standards and requirements for adolescent clients who are emotionally disturbed.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing care and services to a youth and adolescent population with emotional, behavioral and physical needs using the nursing process (assessing, diagnosing,planning, implementing, and evaluating). Are you looking to make a difference in the lives of youth and families struggling with behavioral health issues? Do you want to develop and supervise your own team and mentor your staff to improve their clinical skills? As the Team Lead of Home Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI), you will provide clinical supervision, support, and mentorship to your team to help them change lives. The HBCI team provides short-term (up to 6 weeks), intensive intervention to youth and families who are in crisis. We work with parents and caregivers to help them help their children. The short-term format means the work is fast-paced and outcome oriented, which means you and your team will produce meaningful outcomes in a short period of time. You will report to the Chief of Crisis Services and work on-site with travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to the team and be responsible for allocation of staff time; provide training and ensure all team members are kept informed of issues.
- Monitor caseload size and coordinate program intakes and discharges.
- Create rotating call schedule for after-hours / weekend coverage by team members.
- Provide education and outreach to the community about HBCI at Northern Rivers; philosophy, program outcomes, theoretical background etc.

- Assist primary clinicians to respond to on-call needs of families in crisis and deliver crisis intervention services in home-based environment with flexible scheduling cognizant of family needs, with 24/7 availability nights, weekends and holidays.
- Promote safety of the child, family, and community in the delivery of crisis intervention services.
- Assist primary clinicians to conduct comprehensive assessment of family strengths, values, skills, problems, need and barriers to goal attainment while developing a positive working relationship with the families.
- Collaborate and advocate with formal and information community resources and systems that impact family while teaching family members to advocate for themselves and prepare them for transition and service closure.
Requirements and Education:
- Requires a Master’s degree and at least one year of progressively responsible related experience. Experience in a home-based and/or crisis intervention services program. Candidates with training in the Homebuilder model of crisis intervention are preferred.

Job Summary | The Director of Real Estate directs all activities associated with land management/leases; real estate revenue activities; building and land acquisition/sales; building and land appraisals; all Rensselaer property-related tax payments; Rensselaer tax exemption requirements; and special activities, that include leases and subleases of external facilities, fraternity/sorority land/building leases and finances; estate activities and community issues. Job Summary | Assist the Front of House team in preparing for events and patrons. Greet and guide patrons into venues, answer questions, resolve ticketing issues, and distribute programs. Supervise student ushers as needed for individual events. Post- event requires cleanup and ensuring smooth guest departure. Support Artist services as needed. | |

Job Summary | The Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute seeks applications for a tenure-track (or tenured) faculty position at the Associate Professor level in Business Analytics/Supply Chain Management starting Fall 2024. Candidates must have a PhD degree from an accredited university in Analytics, Operations Research, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field, along with demonstrated evidence to produce original and innovative scholarly work with publications in premier business journals. The successful candidate will join the School either as a tenure-track assistant professor, or as an associate professor, based on teaching and research experience and success. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated potential and commitment to effective teaching in our graduate and undergraduate degree programs in supply chain and business analytics, as well as provide service to the School of Management and to Rensselaer. The position requires excellence in research in the area of supply chain and analytics, effective written communication skills, and strong technical skills in areas such as analytical modeling, data management, machine learning and computation. Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and Blockchain and in topics relevant to global shifts in supply chains would be a plus. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage with and develop research initiatives aligned both within the Lally School and with the new strategic research initiatives at Rensselaer. The School provides an intellectually stimulating and collaborative environment for inter-disciplinary scholarly contributions with support for research, teaching, and service. We are seeking an outstanding candidate who is driven and willing to engage with the vibrant, diverse and inclusive cross-disciplinary research community at Rensselaer. About the Lally School of Management at RPI: Rensselaer is ranked among the top 50 national universities and is a Carnegie I research institution. The Lally school offers undergraduate, masters, MBA and Ph.D. programs in several analytics related disciplines and the school is expecting to grow significantly in deep analytics offerings in marketing, supply chain and operations, quantitative finance, and information systems, to name a few. Job Summary | The Dean of Students, reporting to the Vice Provost for Student Experience, ensures a dynamic living and learning environment that contributes to students’ intellectual agility, multicultural sophistication, and global view. They manage policies, procedures, and support services to enhance students’ academic, personal, and professional development, campus and community affinity, overall well-being, and safety. They direct staff in overseeing programs, functions, events, and activities related to the student experience. The Dean of Students serves as a liaison to academic and administrative departments regarding student conduct, rights, and responsibilities.
