Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products

- Use warm calling techniques to engage with customers and build rapport

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations

- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements:

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

- Previous experience in technical sales or a related field is preferred

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey product information and benefits to customers

- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and the customer

- Experience with outbound calling or telemarketing is a plus

- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required

- Customer service-oriented mindset, with a focus on providing exceptional service to customers
