Responsible for planning, designing, coordinating and conducting daily practice sessions; attend, observe, and coach players during on-course/tournament play; develop and evaluate player performance; instruct and coach players in all areas of the game: long game, iron play, short game, putting, sport rules, game strategies, and performance principles; adjust coaching techniques based on the strengths and weaknesses of each player; provide training direction and advice to prepare players for on-course/tournament play; provide instructional techniques to meet the needs and improve the abilities of the players; develop relationships with both current and future customers, working on marketing strategies, completing administrative work, and outreach within the local junior golf community to help fill various programs, trips, and other events at KOHR Golf.

Requirements:

U.S. Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Management
