Join our Managed Services Team as a full-time Network Operation Center (NOC) Technician II

About the Role:

As a full-time Network Operation Center Technician II, you'll be the second line of defense for our valued clients. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, provide proactive support, and ensure their IT infrastructure runs seamlessly. No day is the same, and you'll wear many hats, from tackling software glitches to configuring networks.

What You'll Do:

• Provide remote support to clients across various industries
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software
• Proactively monitor and manage client networks
• Document solutions and maintain clear communication with clients
• Mentor, coach & “raid-lead” Level 1 technicians
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A problem-solving mindset and a passion for learning information technology

Bonus Points:

• Experience with managed services environments
• Certifications in Network+, Microsoft Associate or equivalent
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies
