Albany Farms, Inc is very proud of our state-of-the-art ramen noodle production line to Belle Fourche, SD and we are looking for hard working, dedicated Ramen Production Line Team Members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working at various stations along the production line processing high quality ramen noodles. Albany Farms Production Line Team Members must be a team player, with an increased who is able to multi task and be detailed in their work.
Role Responsibilities:
- Recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, utilize appropriate safety equipment, and report unsafe conditions to the shift supervisor or plant manager.
- Operate various manufacturing line equipment, follow specific directions, operate hand tools when necessary.
- Ensure product quality output. Alert plant manager and maintenance team as necessary with adjustments of the line process are needed.
- Perform quality checks of ramen noodles as defined by specifications.
- Assure components and process comply with quality specifications before moving on to next stage in production line.
- Suggest improvements that contribute to improved quality, increased productivity and/or improved work environment.
- Compliance with stopping process if safety is at risk or quality requirements cannot be met.
- Keep with the pace of the surrounding environment.
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards including food sanitation (GMP) guidelines.
- Responsible for any other duties as assigned.

- Read and understand prints, written instruction sheets and verbal directions.

- Use 30-ton Press and fixtures to produce parts, according to required standards.

Shift: 1st – 6:30 am – 3 pm
*This is a full time position, but Part Time may be considered for someone with the right skill set and experience.

Role and Responsibilities
- Build synthetic stocks to customer and production specifications.
- Work with fiberglass, Kevlar and carbon fiber to properly laminate each stock.
- Prep material for production.
- Open molds at appropriate intervals and remove stock from mold; clean or scrape molds and ensure molds are properly prepared to return to production.
- Sandblast stocks or other parts as required for production.
- Sand and repair imperfections in synthetic stocks; work with bondo, spot putty and other materials to properly finish each stock to production specifications.
- Use safety equipment as required.
- Perform daily maintenance of work area and department to ensure cleanliness.
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or Management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 20-75+ pound lifting requirement, depending upon the position.
- Minimum 8 hours per day standing.
- Warm/Hot working conditions.
- Handling chemicals, along with fiberglass and other irritating materials (PPE provided)
- Fast-paced production process, including loud tools and machinery.
- Dusting working conditions from sanding.
- Repetitive movements, vibrating hand tools.
- Respirators may be required for certain positions (PFT & Fit test required).
- Ability to follow established procedures and instructions.
