Our state-of-the-art medical eye care practice is looking for a friendly, goal oriented person to join our Front Desk Team. We have talented surgeons backed by a well-educated, friendly & caring staff.

Some experience in Medical Reception is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who is detail oriented that will check-in, check-out patients, answer in & out going calls, register demographics, gather and process insurance information, collect copay's and payments, schedule appointments for multiple locations, prepare surgical paperwork, scan charts, handle correspondence from referring doctors, etc

Travel is required to our satellite offices (Red Lodge, MT and Lander, WY) - in rotation with other staff.

Hours may vary Full time = 7a-5:30p M-F, however it is usually a standard shift (40 hours/wk)- usually 1 day is a shorter shift which will vary by week

No Nights or Weekends scheduled unless special function.

A background check and drug screen will be administered upon acceptance of the position. (including Marijuana since it's federally illegal)
