Adirondack Audio & Video is seeking a full-time installer for its busy custom integration department. Responsibilities include installation of home theaters, residential and commercial distributed audio systems, A/V control systems, surveillance systems, and structured wiring for audio, video, and computer networks. The best qualified applicants will have experience with one or more of the above; however, those without experience—but with an enthusiasm to learn and an interest in electronics—will also be considered. We offer a very attractive pay and benefits package, a friendly work environment, and a consistent work week: weekdays only!
Pay:
- Starting at $18.00 per hour based on skill
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Audio/Video Installation: 1 year (Preferred)
- Basic Construction Knowledge
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)

Job Duties:
- Pre-Wiring Homes
- Installing Speakers, Light Switches, Networks, AV Racks, Home Theaters, TV's
- Cleaning up after install

The Lake Placid Lodge is looking for PM Shift Grounds Representativesto make our guests feel welcome and ensure their pleasant and comfortable stay at our hotel.
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients as they arrive, escorting them to assigned rooms, and assisting them with activities.
- Coordinate luggage delivery
- Maintain the property grounds during all seasons
- Offer shuttle service to guests upon request
- Respond to all guest service needs
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Ability to perform tasks within a team, as well as independently
- Excellent communication skills to adequately interact with clients
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
- Ability to reliably commute to Lake Placid
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- PM Shift is from 2:30pm until 11pm.
