The Lake Placid Lodge is looking for PM Shift Grounds Representativesto make our guests feel welcome and ensure their pleasant and comfortable stay at our hotel.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients as they arrive, escorting them to assigned rooms, and assisting them with activities.
• Coordinate luggage delivery
• Maintain the property grounds during all seasons
• Offer shuttle service to guests upon request
• Respond to all guest service needs
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Ability to perform tasks within a team, as well as independently
• Excellent communication skills to adequately interact with clients
• Valid NYS Driver’s License
• Ability to reliably commute to Lake Placid
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• PM Shift is from 2:30pm until 11pm.
