PHYSICAL THERAPIST (Part-time)

Jefferson County Public Health Service is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to become a member of a friendly multi-disciplinary team of over 30 caring clinicians dedicated to providing quality care to patients in their home.  Physical Therapist is a professional position involving responsibility for evaluating, planning and providing physical therapy treatment to patients in accordance with written prescription or referral from a physician who provides medical direction.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Licensed and currently registered by the New York State Education Department as a Physical Therapist.

Salary Range: $32.72 - $41.84 (2024 rate)

Full-time, 40 hours per week.
