TYPIST & SECRETARY -- Transfer/Reinstatement Opportunity

The Jefferson County Administration and Human Resources departments are currently seeking transfer/reinstatement applicants to fill vacant Typist and Secretary positions.

IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR A TRANSFER/REINSTATEMENT, eligible candidates must have already taken and passed the New York State Civil Service examination for Typist or Secretary. You must have received a permanent appointment from an established eligible list, and you must have passed your probationary period in order to apply.

Salary Ranges:

Typist - $19.85 - $23.13 per hour.

Secretary - $21.62 - $25.83 per hour.
