Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and sell our commercial, industrial & municipal HVAC, plumbing, fire protection system & wastewater products and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background in the commercial, industrial & municipal equipment industry and have a proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in Central Pennsylvania. (State College, Altoona, Johnstown, Williamsport, etc.)
Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Understand and articulate the technical features and benefits of our products to customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
Attend trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Participate in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills, for both the companies and yourself.

Requirements:

3-10 years of experience in equipment sales industry.
Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree not required.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems & wastewater products and related technologies.
Proven track record of sales success.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
