Part-Time Office Administrator/Coordinator
We are currently seeking a part-time office administrator/coordinator to work 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Minimum 2 years office experience is required. Please do not apply if you do not have previous office experience. High attention to detail is a must as well as solid organizational, written and verbal skills. Need to type 35-45 words per minute, must be proficient working with Excel, Word and Outlook, and able to multi-task with attention to detail. Professional written and telephone skills a must.
Day to day responsibilities include scheduling/coordinating property inspections across the country for our inspectors, tracking and entering data and following up with management companies, diligently communicating with clients, management companies via phone and email.
