Skills & Requirements: 

Responsibilities:  Greets all customers; completes information required on all sales forms (DMV, credit applications, offer to purchase contracts); schedules appointments with prospective buyers; responds to direct inquiries and follows-up with previous customer contacts; able to work with customers to match their needs to our vehicles; able to communicate the benefits, features, specifications, prices, options, accessories and models for all product lines; safely drives vehicles on pre-established demonstration route; physically inspects both vehicles for sale and vehicles presented for trade-in to identify any defects, flaws, blemishes or damage.

• Previous sales experience not required.

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

• Must have a valid Arizona driver?s license with acceptable driving record and ability to drive a manual and automatic transmission.

  POSITION SUMMARY:
  
  Performs vehicle repairs; oversees the work of apprentice technicians as assigned; recommends needed and necessary service and repairs; maintains an honest relationship with satisfied and dissatisfied customers; follows and adheres to the Company's Code of Ethical Behavior and Dealings. Performs assigned work in a safe manner that is consistent with both federal, state, and manufacturer and Company safety guides; advises management of any damaged or unsafe equipment or tools; safely drives vehicles on pre-established evaluation routes; physically inspects vehicles and identify any defects, flaws, blemishes or damage, either on the exterior or interior; obeys all state, federal and DMV laws and regulations. Utilizes PPE and all safety devices.
  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  
  1. Performs assigned work with speed, accuracy and quality in accordance with factory and dealership standards.
  2. Maintains consistent level of competence on vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  3. Completes all assigned work in a safe manner consistent with both federal, state, manufacturer and . Company safety guides.
  4. Advises management on any damaged or unsafe equipment or tools.
  5. Safely drives vehicles on pre-established demonstration route.
  6. Physically inspects vehicles and identifies any defects, flaws, blemishes and damage either on the exterior or interior.
  7. Obeys all state, federal and Department of Motor Vehicles laws and regulations, adheres to all Company policies, procedures and ethical standards and established industry guidelines.
  
  ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  
  1. Verbal communication ability, to clearly communicate in person and by telephone with co-workers and customers regarding the service requirements of the vehicle.
  2. Daily attendance that is consistent, regular and timely.
  3. English reading and math skills sufficient to read all contracts and manufacturer's information (approximately 10th grade level)
  4. Extensive (up to 6 consecutive hours) standing, climbing, walking and fast walking (approximately a combined 4 miles daily) on cement, usual parking lot surfaces, tile, lino and other interior and exterior flooring surfaces.
  5. Repeated, regular and extended bending, twisting, sliding, pushing, pulling, stooping, stretching and reaching.
  6. Mentally recalls, tracks and accurately recounts work in progress; the ability to accurately apply pertinent repair information.
  7. Completes required forms, documents and reports as needed.
  8. Extensive out-of-doors work during daytime and nighttime hours in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures.
  9. Cooperative and courteous manner with customers, co-workers and management personnel.
  10. Valid driver's license and insurability by employer's carrier.
  11. Accurately compares, reads and records identification numbers up to 18" alphanumeric series (i.e., Vehicle Identification Number, part numbers).

POSITION SUMMARY:
Maintains a smooth flow of incoming and outgoing deliveries. Collects accurate amounts of money from C.O.D. deliveries. Loads parts into vehicle for deliveries. Drives various kinds of vehicles to make deliveries. Monday - Friday with rotation every 3rd weekend.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Completes all paperwork accurately and in a readable manner either utilizing computer equipment or manually depending on the work required. Enters retrieves and locates data on computer system.
2. Accurately compares part numbers and part names to printed invoices and order forms. Compares and checks all invoices for accuracy on all sales.
3. Solicits customers for parts and accessories sales using phone and personal contacts.
4. Answers telephone and respond to inquiries.
S. Makes decisions on best method for maintaining neatness and order in inventory area.
6. Reads basic maps, follows written directions to off-site locations; schedules deliveries and pick-ups in a timely and cost effective manner.
7. Calls in from each stop made adjusting schedule as needed.
8. Insures money received is correct; ability to perform in a safe and secure manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Valid Arizona driver's license and 5 years of driving experience to drive a company vehicle.
2. Math and English reading skills sufficient to perform job duties (approximately at 10th grade general education level).
3. Compares and reads part ID numbers up to "18" series accurately (i.e. VIN numbers and driver's license numbers) from a printed, written and VDT format.
4. Regularly and repeatedly moves a minimum of 50 pounds from ground level to chest height, carries 30 feet and places on shelf or counter.
5. Regular, timely and daily attendance; arrives at work by 7:00 a.m. or as scheduled.
6. Uses personal computer and VDT, accurately and in timely manner, utilizing a variety of programs and systems.
7. Experienced with dealership in-house computer system and factory communication system.
8. Compares and reads ID numbers up to "18" series accurately (i.e., VIN numbers and driver's license numbers) from a printed and VDT format.
9. Arrives at work as scheduled.
10. Accurately records order information (taken by phone or in person).
11. Reads a map, determines quickest and safest routes to travel.
12. Works cooperatively and courteously with a diverse population of co-workers. Clearly and effectively communicates with diverse work group; handles frustration, anger and pressure without internalizing.
13. Receives directions regarding assignments and then follows through on assignments in an accurate and timely manner.
14. Extensive out-of-doors work during daytime and nighttime hours in a variety of weather conditions, noise levels and temperatures.
15. Ability to maintain good employee relations by acting courteously and amicably towards other co-workers.

POSITION SUMMARY: Receives and ships vehicle parts daily, completes accurate paper work daily an stocks new and returned parts daily.  Insures that the detail work of the Parts Department is carried out to the Parts Manager's satisfaction; receives parts to be returned for credit or to be exchanged for technician; cleans and packages for shipment all parts being returned; prepares necessary paperwork and ships to designated consignee; keeps all bins, aisles and storage areas clean, neat and clearly labeled; notifies management of inventory, supply and staffing needs as they occur; answers telephones to respond to inquiries.

Spanish speaking a plus.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Completes all paperwork accurately and in a readable manner either utilizing computer equipment or manually depending on the work required.
2. Accurately compares part, numbers and part names to printed invoices and order forms.
3. Counts, weighs and measures parts.
4. Answers telephone and respond to inquiries.
5. Maintains shipping and receiving logs on a computer terminal and completes departmental paperwork from them.
6. Effectively and accurately completes return or delivery paperwork.
7. Determines best method of shipping calculates shipping charges, packages material being shipped and constructs shipping containers for parts to send to correct consignee.
8. Reads basic maps, follows written directions to off-site locations.


ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Math and English reading skills sufficient to perform job duties (approximately at 1Oth grade general education level).
2. Valid driver's license.
3. Repeatedly moves up to 50 pounds from ground level. To chest height, carries 30 feet and places on shelf or counter.
4. Regular, timely and daily attendance; arrive at work by 7:00 a.m. or as scheduled.
5. Uses personal computer and VDT, accurately and in a timely manner, utilizing a variety of programs and systems.
6. Experienced with dealership in-house computer system and factory communication system.
7. Compares and reads IID numbers up to "18" alphanumeric series accurately (i.e. VIN numbers, part numbers and driver's license numbers) from a printed and VDT format.
8. Records order information (taken by phone or in person) accurately.
9. Works in BOTH indoor and outdoor environments in a variety of weather conditions.
10. Moves parts aisles.
11. Consistently works in dusty environment with constant noise and distractions.
12. Works with more than one person and/or task simultaneously, maintaining a cordial and friendly manner at all times without internalizing frustration, anger or pressure.
13. The ability to maintain good employee relations by acting courteously and amicably towards other co-workers.
