Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Food Service Director/Supervisor, the foodservice aide works in conjunction with the cooks in preparing resident meal trays and special dietary requirements, along with serving food to residents, visitors, or staff.
- Assist Dishwasher in taking up food bulk truck.
- Set up pot sink for soaking dirty dishes and load dishwasher.
- Unload clean pots and pans and organize on pot rack shelves.
- Hang clean utensils on carousel and in proper bins inside cook’s cabinet.
- Assist dishwasher in unloading dishes, etc.
- Put aside items that are stained, so dish washer can distain items.
- Bring clean kettle strainer and kettle knobs to the Dietary Office daily.
- Continue to clean dirty pots, pans, and utensils.
- Answer the kitchen phone and send all needed items to floor.
- Organize clean items and put them on pot rack shelves and bins.
- Wash all cleaning buckets.
- Clean and organize all pieces of kitchen area.
- Clean table and underneath table, pot rack, long cart and shelves by pot sink.
- Sweep and mop kitchen areas.
- Bring down dirty rags and load them in washing machine, when done, load them in the dryer.

Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for assisting in the implementation of home health clinical services within the Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) in a defined area in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Agency policies. The Supervisor supervises and evaluates assigned professional and para-professional staff in the local office.
- Carries out the agency’s mission, philosophy, goals and objectives within guidelines of Agency policy and position function.
- Interprets and implements the Agency’s philosophy to staff and members of the community.
- Assists assigned staff to assess patient and family needs, develop plans of care and provide necessary services to families using other disciplines and services.
- Assists in identifying the needs for evaluation services by others (e.g., physician, social workers, therapists, etc.) and provides administrative supervision of these support services.
- Assists assigned staff in setting priorities and development of plans or health promotion, preventive, therapeutic and restorative care services to individuals and families, based upon immediate and long range goals.
- Provides direct services to families where needs may be of such a nature as to require special skills, teaching or evaluation, demonstrates technical skills, or teaching, interviewing, or other abilities to staff or families.
