Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provides various administrative duties across a range of technical functions utilizing strong computer skills and high level of aptitude with spreadsheets, organizational processes, budget analytics, certificates of insurance, contracts, energy reporting, data input, work task tracking, purchase requisitions, invoice filing and utilities consumption metrics.
• Ordering parts and materials required for projects or building via purchase requisition process that may require setting up suppliers with Procurement Dept., completing Non-Disclosure Agreement and filing, obtaining required insurance documents per executed contractual and filing, obtain validation from RISK team and track all insurance documents on vendor created spreadsheet with amounts and expiration dates, contacting vendors for updated COI and Endorsements to match executed agreement requirements.
• Administrative positions and work tasks assigned are subject to prioritizations, additions, deletions, and changes by manager as departmental initiatives are implemented.
• Create various spreadsheets for tracking and metrics.
• Develop power point presentations from data points provided.

• 1 year experience, must have great teamwork, customer services, strong computer, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Food Service Director/Supervisor, the foodservice aide works in conjunction with the cooks in preparing resident meal trays and special dietary requirements, along with serving food to residents, visitors, or staff.

• Prepares menu items and delivers trays to residents in floor dining room areas and to those who do not come to the dining room, ensuring their proper diets are administered appropriately.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, setting up and clearing dining room tables and serving carts.
• Observes residents and reports complaints, problems, or anything out of the ordinary to supervisor.

• Assists in receiving and storing incoming food and supplies. Reports food and equipment needs to Chef/Manager.
• Communicates and cooperates with staff, residents, and their families.
• Complies with long-term care regulations and written dietary procedures and policies.

Under the supervision of the Food Service Director/Supervisor, the dietary storeroom clerk receives and stores all dietary merchandise. Make up and deliver daily kitchen and floor suppy orders.

• Responsible for delivery of food supplies needed on all floors.
• Receive all dietary merchandise and check against the packing slips. Notify the executive Chef/ Supervisor of any discrepancies.
• Responsible for keeping all the storerooms clean and in proper order.
• Responsible for taking the monthly and weekly inventory for the Executive Chef/ Supervisor.
• Responsible for keeping all the invoices in order and turning them into the Food Services Director
• Responsible for keeping empty milk crated, bread crates and soda cans in proper order to return to vendors.

Job Type: Part-Time, Day Shift
