- Attend interdepartmental Plan of Care meetings, review care plans, and maintain monitoring system to ensure appropriate care and timely review.
- Counsel residents on individual nutritional needs and monitor their acceptance of food and beverages.
- Ensure nutritional adequacy of menu and Diet Manual.
