Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to pick and build product orders for delivery to customer accounts.

• Manage and build pick ticket orders
• Shrink wrap products to pallets
• Ensure orders are accurate
• Stage completed pallets in designated areas
• Build vertical pallets as needed
• Consolidate and re-stock product and shells
• Responsible for moving trucks as needed
• Fulfill orders for customer pickup
• Clean and organize warehouse
• Responsible for meeting productivity requirements
• Perform other duties as necessary

Job Requirements

JOB PURPOSE:

Project manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while being accountable for successful implementation, billing commencement and overall customer satisfaction.  Success in this position requires serving as the single point of contact (POC) to the customer, coordinating across multiple groups and systems, professional and effective communication, timeline and critical task management, validating accuracy of all work completed, ongoing customer interaction and superior organizational skills. 

KEY FUNCTIONS:

• Effectively and efficiently project manage all business customer contracts, taking full responsibility for the customer experience from the time a contract is signed to service installation and billing commencement and verification.  
• Review and fulfill contracts for basic services with accuracy, ensuring compliance with current rate card, company policy and regulatory requirements. 
• Coordinate site surveys, installs, and other customer onboarding activities ensuring customers clearly understand project status throughout all phases, including outstanding, pending and completed tasks.  
• Meet or exceed defined key performance indicators (KPIs).  
• Facilitate customer relocations, renewals and service changes as they occur. 
• Partner with Account Executives to ensure we deliver a superior customer experience for all customers. 
• Proactively contact customers following installation to ensure customer satisfaction. 
• Proactively offer bill review assistance to all customers adding new services to ensure full understanding of monthly recurring charges, taxes and fees. 
• Ensure all special provisions, requests and instructions are recorded and executed per the signed contract. 
• Provide assistance and training to other team members. 
• Document customer interactions in a timely manner according to company and departmental policies and procedures. 
• Assist with special projects as required by performing duties such as creating, editing and proof-reading documents, performing research, soliciting feedback from others, or other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience required.   
• Three years of customer service experience required.  
• One year of telecommunications industry experience preferred. 
• One year of project management experience preferred with proven success organizing complex information and managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment across various locations.
• Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel & Outlook required.

• The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate.

Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to regularly travel to assigned store accounts and order products for the store in alignment with the store's contractual agreement with LinPepCo. The Presell Representative ensures stores are able to participate in LinPepCo programs and promotions by verifying they are appropriately stocked with well-presented merchandise. Under the direction of the Director of Retail Sales, the Presell Representative manages Merchandiser(s) and oversees the Delivery Customer Representatives to ensure safe and timely delivery of products, product rotation and promotional signage. This role also manages the relationship with the store manager to ensure excellent customer service, increase sales and improve market share at the store level.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Regularly travel to assigned store accounts to evaluate product stock levels and order products for delivery
• Audit store accounts to ensure Company standards are being met and product line is being expanded by identifying opportunities to sell in more products
• Manage the Merchandisers including hiring, development, training, schedule, performance management and terminations
• Merchandise product and promotional advertisements as needed
• Coordinate Delivery Customer Representatives to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and proper product rotation on a regular basis
• Maintain communication with store managers to determine product and merchandising needs and maintain a positive working relationship
• Interface with Key Account Managers to ensure current and upcoming products and promotions are ordered appropriately to meet store manager needs
• Ensure store managers are complying with LinPepCo contracts and promotional signage and pricing
• Clean and replace signs, displays, glides, racks and cold barrels as needed
• Stock and rotate product onto shelves
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform other duties as necessary

The purpose of this role is to coordinate the distribution of company products to customer accounts. The Delivery Driver Manager manages the Delivery Customer Representatives in order to ensure efficient and timely day-to-day delivery and merchandising of company products for customer accounts. The Delivery Manager is also responsible for all routes running smoothly and evaluating route efficiency to offer suggestions and changes to routes as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the Delivery Customer Representative delivery roles and Route Relief, including hiring, development, performance management and terminations
• Provide coaching, training and motivation to new and existing Delivery Customer Representatives
• Manage associate performance to ensure customer base goals are achieved; hold Delivery Customer Representatives accountable for executing their duties and responsibilities, including proper rotation, merchandising, customer service, safe driving and vehicle maintenance
• Participate in delivery ride-alongs and evaluate performance
• Regularly visit store accounts to perform rotation check-ups

Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to merchandise product within all format accounts. This includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating products in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor.

Essential Job Functions

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location
• Maintain backroom/back stock areas in an orderly fashion.
• Keep merchandise displayed in a manner calculated to increase sales.

• Communicate with the Customer upon arrival and departure from the store.
