RJP Farms, Inc in Thurman, IA  is looking for a fulltime farm laborer with 2-3+ years of farming experience required.  Job duties would include operating all types of farm equipment such as tractors, augers, grain cart, forklift, semi trucks, grain dryer system, etc.  Ability to perform equipment maintenance and repairs is necessary. The ideal candidate will have welding, fabricating, and mechanical knowledge.  We are also looking for candidates with knowledge and experience with GPS and agricutural software programs.  Must be able to follow directions accurately and have the ability to work independently at times while using the best safety practices.  Commercial Drivers License, preferred.  Competitive pay based on applicant's farming experience.  We look forward to discussing this job opportunity with you.
