Position:
Seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer (w/ experience in PHP MySQL) to join our dynamic team at RealtyPro Solutions in St. George, Utah. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and updating existing software, developing new features, and maintaining our web applications and servers. Starting at $80-100k/year w/ potential for profit sharing or stock ownership.

Job Summary:
In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and updating existing software, developing new features, and maintaining our web applications and servers. Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve existing software and services.
Develop new real estate related software and web based products and services.
Manage and maintain servers (FreeBSD).
Review project requirements and write technical specifications.
Document code development and revisions
Some help with customer service and phone support when needed.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through testing and debugging.
Work closely with owner to ensure good documentation of code and programming procedures to follow existing structure and implement new ideas.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of PHP: MySQL, and Javascript is required. (jQuery and API's).
Must have previous experience in programming and software development.
Server admin. and experience with FreeBSD preferred.
Experience with third party API's (Sendgrid, Tucows, Auth.net) helpful.
Java, Python, or other programming languages is a bonus.
Mobile app experience is also a plus.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to communicate, analyze, and follow company directions
