Operate printing presses to print single-color, multi-color, and specialty inks on a variety of substrates

Presses:  Heidelberg 72, 20 x 28 4Color Printing press.   Halm Jet2Color printing press.   Heidelberg SORKZ 2Color printing press.

Perform routine maintenance on presses, including changing blankets, inks, and other consumables

Adjust settings on presses to ensure quality output

Monitor press performance and make adjustments as needed

Troubleshoot press issues and perform repairs as needed

Perform quality control checks on printed materials

Maintain accurate records of press performance and job runs

Submit PO's for Ink, chemistry, inventoried items, etc

Follow safety procedures and adhere to safety standards

Adhere to company policies and procedures

Operate basic updates per the Valley Web Printing online workflow.

Direct and possibly train additional employees to handle basics like mixing ink, filling ink, cleaning up the press, Feeder, etc, especially on the Halm jet.
