Medford | Full-Time (25 hours/week)

Alexander Counseling Center is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our growing, trauma-informed group practice for an in-person, office-based role in Medford, Oregon. This position is ideal for a clinician who values meaningful client work, strong administrative support, and a sustainable work-life balance.

Position Overview

• Status: Full-time (25 clinical hours per week)

• Format: In-person, office-based

• Caseload: Approximately 22–25 client sessions per week

• Population: Adults (with opportunities to specialize based on interest and training)

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $60,000–$70,000, depending on caseload

• Performance-based year-end bonus

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist, or equivalent)

• Ability to provide in-person psychotherapy

• Strong clinical documentation skills

• Commitment to ethical, client-centered care

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience with trauma-informed approaches (e.g., EMDR, ERP, CBT)

• Interest in professional growth, collaboration, and ongoing learning
