The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, staff development, budgeting and management of key services throughout our Memory Care Community. Hands-on experience in caregiving, medication aid, and behavioral management for Alzheimer’s and/or dementia preferred.

 

Responsibilities include every phase of the daily operations of our Memory Care Community including, but not limited to:

  • The implementation of policies
  • Cooperation with federal, state, and local agencies
  • Staffing experience
  • Scheduling
  • Medication management
  • Community relations
  • Resident, employee and guest relations
  • Weekly purchasing for community

 

Candidate qualifications: least 21 years old; high school diploma/GED; 2 yr. management exp. within last 5 yrs. in health field; and completed, or able to obtain, SPD approved administrator 40 hr program in Oregon.  Possess a current Oregon driver’s license.
