This position is a fast paced, detail-oriented role in an independent setting. The processor/closer partners with attorneys, abstractors, real estate brokers and lending personnel to ensure a smooth transaction for home buyers and sellers from the start of a file through final closing. You will conduct ongoing reviews of all working files to ensure they are moving forward within the approved guidelines of the purchase and sales agreement. The processor/closer manages expectations and proactively communicates to all parties any changes and challenges that arise. There will be complex issues to resolve requiring thorough research to come to a solution for clients. You will be working closely with town office personnel to obtain tax information and utility vendors for final prorations. You will prepare and review settlement statements, disclosures and related documents with a high degree of accuracy. Oversees office administrative duties to ensure a positive client experience. Applicants must have experience in a title company setting as a processor/closer. Will be responsible for maintaining a State of Maine Notary License.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader who wants to make a difference in the lives of some very special people. Are you curious about how the brain works? Do you love working with older individuals? Do you want to be on the cutting edge of change in senior living? The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the new Wiscasset Green Brain Health and Wellness Program. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
-Lead a small residential program for eight (8) older individuals with mild to moderate cognitive impairment and an adult day respite program for 10-15 individuals.
-Manage and lead a team of caregivers and community members to provide excellent home-like support services focused on healthy eating, regular exercise, improved sleep and brain stimulation from brain games to art, music, and community outings.
-Work closely with a small medical team to document and track progress in all participants with the goal to reverse their cognitive decline.
- Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills
- Monitor employee/ faculty performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations and monthly staff meetings
- Create work schedules, manage payroll, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
- Handle participant and regulatory inquiries and compliance in a professional manner
- Collaborate with company administration to develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in elder residential care or a similar leadership role
-RN or LPN training preferred
- Strong knowledge and curiosity about brain science and older individuals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including PR
- Ability to effectively communicate with elders and their families, care team members, and state agency stakeholders
- Exception organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in budgeting and payroll management
- Familiarity with technology is preferred but not required
