Candidates should have experience  and be proficcient on a broad range of heavy equipment including excavators, track loaders, and wheel loaders.

Should understand basic plan reading and be able to shoot grades with a laser. CDL license is preferred but not required. Should be capable of working and leading a small crew and have the abililty to train less experienced employees.

Must be willing to do anything required to get the job done. Everyone here does everything from running equipemt. to shoveling in a ditch, to laying pipe to tying rebar.

Position does require freaquent overnight travel. You can expect to be on the road 3 nights per week. Travel is in company vehicles, company paid lodging, $55.00 per night meal allowance when staying out overnight in addition to your pay..

Pay rate is $28-$40.00/hr depending on experience. Salay option after probation period possible. $4000 sign on bonus after 6 mos.
