We generally work year round . We offer a full benefits package including immediate paid Holidays, options for a 4 day work week or extra overtime pay, and after a 90 day probation period we offer paid vacation time, 401k with employer contributions, employer participated health insurance.

We are hard working, customer dedicated, honest, and we treat everyone with respect.

Candidates should have experience and be proficcient on a broad range of heavy equipment including excavators, track loaders, and wheel loaders.

Should understand basic plan reading and be able to shoot grades with a laser. CDL license is preferred but not required. Should be capable of working and leading a small crew and have the abililty to train less experienced employees.

Must be willing to do anything required to get the job done. Everyone here does everything from running equipemt. to shoveling in a ditch, to laying pipe to tying rebar.

Position does require freaquent overnight travel. You can expect to be on the road 3 nights per week. Travel is in company vehicles, company paid lodging, $55.00 per night meal allowance when staying out overnight in addition to your pay..

Pay rate is $28-$40.00/hr depending on experience. Salay option after probation period possible. $4000 sign on bonus after 6 mos.

Paid holidays: New Year, Memorial Day, 4Th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We take the entire week off between Christmas and New year’s that will count towards your vacation time. (we will usually close a day here or there for extra time off and to make up for the holidays we don’t take off)

Paid vacation time: after 1 year get 1 week, after 2 years get 2 weeks, after 5 years and beyond you get 3 weeks. Every year you get 3 paid personal / sick days.

We have great Family hours.

7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday

An experience automotive technician who:

takes pride in their work.

shows up on time (a little early is nice)

can work on domestic and foreign vehicles.

Attention to detail.

Maine state inspection license

Can perform quality work in a timely manner in a fast paced very busy shop.

Can work as a team and independently.

Can follow directions.

Is looking for a long-term job opportunity.

Being able to weld is a plus

Must be able to work through problems on both older and newer vehicles.

Electrical knowledge is a plus.

Customer service skills on a professional level as occasionally you may need to talk with customers.
