Inside Sales Specialist

Location: Albia, IA | Full-Time

In this role, you'll be responsible for outbound calls, connecting with prospective customers, and helping to grow our customer base. This role is ideal for individuals who are fearless on the phone, thrive on setting and exceeding goals, and enjoy being part of a supportive, high-energy team.

Primary responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to prospective customers
• Building relationships and driving new business
• Working closely with our customer service and operations team
• Bringing high-energy and strong work ethic everyday

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and phone skills, must be confident making cold calls
• Strong written communication and professional email etiquette
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• High level of self-motivation and strong work ethic
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions
