We are seeking a professional security member to join our team. As on ship security, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while conducting security rounds on the Emerald Princess Casino. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment on board the Emerald Princess Casino cruise ship.

Duties:
- Conduct security rounds
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Welcome patrons and log them in at boarding
- Handle cash and casino chip transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor casino floor
- Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during cruise
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures 

Qualifications:
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and strong observation skills
- Must be at least 18 years old (or minimum age required by state regulations)
- Previous experience not required.  The ability to obtain a TWIC card IS required.
