We’re currently seeking to fill the role of CSR/Administrative Assistant to enhance our customer service operations. In this role you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service to our dealers and customers via phone and email as well when they visit our showroom. You will answer customer questions, enter orders and follow up with customers in a friendly and professional manner. You will build and maintain positive rapport with all new and established customers, as well as with co-workers.
Essential Functions:
~Address customer inquires promptly and courteously through phone, email, chat or in-person interactions
~Identify and resolve problems, complaints or escalations efficiently, forwarding calls as necessary
~Process parts orders, providing pricing and availability information while maintaining accurate records of transactions
~Assist shop floor staff in preparation of parts and shipments as needed
~Ensure all documentation, including parts books and service manuals are accurate and up to date and produce written and video instructions for aftermarket installs where possible
~Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system and generate reports on parts usage, service trends and customer feedback
~Relay customer feedback, suggestions or concerns to relevant departments for continuous improvement
~Develop a comprehensive understanding of company products or services to effectively address customer questions and provide guidance
~Perform general office tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency of the office
~Collaborate closely with sales staff and departments at manufacturing
~Uphold a professional and empathetic demeanor at all times to ensure positive enteractions
QUALIFICATIONS:
~Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative roles preferred.
~Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
~Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
~Proficiency Microsoft Office suite and/or CRM software.
~Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively

There are 150 to 200 new trucking companies every day.
