Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside & Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for driving revenue by selling computer hardware, software, managed IT services, and residential and commercial broadband internet solutions. The ideal candidate is self-directed, goal-oriented, and thrives in an independent sales environment while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities within the local market

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with residential and business clients

• Present and recommend technology solutions tailored to customer needs

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred

• Basic understanding of technology products and services, including computer hardware, software, or internet services, is strongly desired

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Comfortable working independently and in both inside and outside sales settings
